It's Not Easy to Feed this Girl

Chick's bath time is changing from nighttime to after breakfast because she is such a messy eater! I give her a bowl of cereal and some fresh fruit and they end up EVERYWHERE. It doesn't help that feeling her hair is her favorite thing to do when she's happy, so while she's eating she strokes her hair. In the pictures above, that is not a cute pink bow...that's a raspberry. Sorry to gross you guys out!

She doesn't like any foods other than cereal and fruit. I swear her main food group is rice squares or cheerios. She loves rice, beans, and other spanish foods...but I can't make it every day! And she hates vegetables! If you guys have any good veggie or spanish food recipes, throw them my way. I need some help!

Haha! All I can say is I relate. :) I never get my little kids dressed until after breakfast because they always seem to make a huge mess. It will get better, though. I promise!
As far as the pickiness...at this stage, take what you can get. Don't worry too much about getting her to eat all the good stuff every day. One of my most successful ways to get my kids to eat veggies is to mix them into their meals. If she likes spanish rice, then throw in some peas or corn. If she likes spaghetti, then mix in some shredded carrots or something like that. I have more ideas....we'll talk! :)

Could she be any cuter? She is definitely V3 diva material! Now I understand why you look the way you do after you eat! (J/K!) I miss you!

These are very cute pictures. Quite funny actually!! We are so excited to see you guys at Christmas and see how little Vanessa is growing up. I am still waiting for that "TAG". You better get on it (I mean, it doesn't look like you have your hands full or anything exciting going on) ha ha
