While we enjoyed the Caribbean...
We're back from Utah! We had a lot of fun. It was a perfect vacation since it started with a week in the Caribbean with my family. It was perfect timing since four years ago at the same time we were on our first cruise - our Honeymoon! In Honduras we zip lined through the forest, in Belize we cave tubed with an old folks community (long story), in Cozumel we went to Mayan ruins, and in the Bahamas we went snorkeling (you should check out Laura's blog since she has the best pictures...just scroll down a little!). There were a whole lot of high fives, thumbs up, and "rock on" signs going on during the trip...needless to say, we had a blast.
Chick stayed with her Na Na & Grandpa Mark and super fun aunts and uncles. She had so much fun with them that when me and Hatcher came to get her she cried and reached for her Aunt Tina! She warmed up to us and we all had a great Christmas together. We got to see lots of family and friends. She loved all the people paying attention to her, the space in her grandparents' houses, and the pets! She uses her sign language "more" to get whatever she wants in their home. She's learned more words like: that it is "cooo" outside in UT, "Whi Whi" for Aunt Whitney, "Ti Ti" for Aunt Tina, "boo" for book, and "S'PeePee" for sippy cup. And she knows you should shoosh the dogs with your finger on your nose when they bark!
We had so much fun, but it is great to be home! Especially since it hit 70 degrees today!

I'm SO happy that you're back! I miss you after that AWESOME week that we had together. I can't wait to do it again. ;o) I love Vanessa's Christmas pics! The snow looks so pretty!
