Hatcher's sisters came in town last week and it was SOOOO FUN!! We went to the Shakespeare Museum, the Air & Space Museum (you gotta try the space ice cream), the Natural History Museum, the American History Museum, and Mt. Vernon. We went on an amazing free walking tour by a retired professor all around the monuments for 3 hours. We also went to the old post office, Georgetown, Ci-Ci's pizza, Chipotle, and Tyson's Corner. They saw the best of the best. We had so much fun hanging out and they were so sweet to Chick the whole time! I was so sad to see them leave! But I'm happy I get to see them again soon since we're going to Utah on Tuesday!!
Chick loved running around the Shakespeare Museum

I love these girls!!! And it was so fun to see Chick so happy.
If you haven't been to Mt. Vernon on President's Day you are missing out, it is one of my FAVORITE things to do in D.C....and it's free!
They do a gun demonstration and we got perfect spots on the lawn....I didn't have my zoom lens on me, we were really this close (yes, Chick got pretty mad at me when they fired the guns at us)

Good looks totally run in your family! As always, flawless pics. I love seeing your adventures through your very capable and creative camera lens. :)
How fun! Of course you all ate space ice cream...you crack me up!!!
Space ice cream?!...I'll put it on my to-do list! Next year we are NOT missing out on Mt. Vernon Pres day. That is so cool! That flute guy instantly reminded me of Will Ferrel playing the yazz flute on Anchorman :)
It looks like you guys had so much fun! We've never been to the Shakespeare Museum... it's on my list now.
Um and cool pic of the gun demonstration! That needs to be in magazine.
We can't believe how big she is getting! And we always thought she looked so much like Dan, but in that last pictures, I think I can see some of Andrea :) Miss you guys!!
Oh love the pic of all of them together at the end of your post..cute. Sounds like a REALLY great trip. I remember space ice cream from when I was little. I would have loved to see all that reenactment stuff...fun, fun.
