Real Life Princesses

Hatcher had a break between 3rd and 4th year (about 10 days) so we decided to go visit family. We were so excited when his family told us that they wanted to take us all to Disneyland!!! How amazing!! Chick loves amusement parks, but she'd never been to Disneyland. It TOTALLY blew her mind! She was SO HAPPY!

She absolutely lives for Disney princesses, so getting to meet them in person was the highlight of her trip. I could look at these pictures for hours just so I can soak in her happy faces. I got her a little journal for the princesses to autograph (check out Target's $1 section for your own!). She loved getting autographs and we'd stop and wait in a huge line at every character. Speaking of waiting in line...she did great! The whole Hatch family was there to keep her entertained and were so sweet (and hilarious) to her.

We made a quick stop in Utah before heading back to D.C. I got to meet my new nephew, Malik and spend time with my mom. We saw a few friends, but we were there for only 3 days so it went SO FAST! When we got back to DC our friends Makelle, Chris, and Chris came to visit for a few days so I have another post coming soon...

All the Hatch boys are so amazing with Chick, she loves them to death

Chick's 1st princess to meet...Cinderella, who happens to be her favorite. How priceless is the look on her face?!

Photobucket
All the Hatch boys wanted a pic with the prettiest princess...Jasmine (Chick's 2nd fav). I LOVE how she couldn't take her face off of her even as Hatcher is trying to pose her.

When Chick met Arial, Chick lifted up her dress to show Arial how she was wearing princess underwear, but for Chick's sake I didn't post that one...but it was hilarious.

When Chick met Tinkerbell, Tinkerbell asked her, "Are you a Tinker fairy like me?" And Chick replied, "No!! I'm a princess!"

Can you believe they let 2 year olds on the canoes...AND give them paddles?! It was SO CUTE!

We kept Chick up until midnight almost every night and she loved it....we're partying here on the teacups!

Donovan & Mischa and my adorable nephew Malik!

Chick loved getting to spend time with my mom

You are making me so jealous! We're going to Newport this weekend but aren't going to be able to make it to Disneyland this time--I admit I'm pretty sad about it.

Anyway, your pictures are adorable! How fun for chick to meet all the princesses--she'll remember that trip for awhile I bet:)

Hi, I found you on Lolli's blog and I'm so glad. I love your blog. We just had a recent trip to Disney World. I love looking at your pics from there. I can't believe how well you did with a point and shoot. I took my Canon into the parks and banged it so many times, and had to hide it under my poncho lots!! but it survived. I still didn't get the pics I had envisioned tho. Hopefully you'll have time to come check out my blog.
