Well, I have no pictures of our new apartment because we haven't moved in. We got a notice last Monday that our application was, without any warning signs, denied (this complex only signs the lease on the day your get your key....). Too bad we had already packed everything up in the apartment. So we're living out of suitcases. Our kitchen is full of moving boxes packed and taped up. And too bad I had already changed all our addresses, scheduled the moving van, scheduled friends to help us move, scheduled to pick up a Craigslist couch, transfered our internet, and the biggest kicker?!?! We canceled our lease at our current and amazing apartment (I canceled it back on Sept. 11th), and it has been already rented out.
We have to be out of our current apartment by Wednesday and we still haven't heard if we're accepted or not (they allowed us to re-apply) at the new one. And too bad it's Columbus day tomorrow so the offices are closed. And too bad that even if they do accept us Tuesday that won't give us enough time to get our utilities transfered and get electricity and A/C in our new apartment.
Good news? There's another apartment (directly beneath us) that is empty so if we have to we can sign a lease for that apartment (it was really scary before we new that apartment was available). But they are taking people through tomorrow morning to see if they want to sign a lease. So do we wait and not take the empty apartment here and see if we're accepted to the new apartment?? Too bad it cost $300 just to APPLY for the new apartment.
Thank you to all of our amazing friends and family that have listened to me and Hatcher complain endlessly about this problem. We've been so whiny (when we're not yelling).
I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank the one that has really been there for me through this all....even at midnight when I am making plans to live in a tent in the forrest..... Breyer's Chocolate Crackle.....
I can't wait to post some amazing pictures that my sister Laura took of us this weekend! It was so great to get our mind off all the drama and go have some fun. But it was hard picking outfits since we had already packed our clothes!

Crazy life! I can't believe everything that's happening!! I'm so glad we were able to get away yesterday (it seems like ages ago!) and take pictures together. I can't wait to see which ones you pick. :) Good luck this week!!! We LOVE you! You know you always have a blow up mattress or a couch here. ;)
Oh Andrea.... I wish we were there to help you out!! That is horrible luck. Hopefully all works out. You will have to keep us posted if you move to the new apartments!!

Ok so that is a little crazy!!! I am sure things will work out for you guys. Why are you wanting to move from your awesome apartment? Good Luck with everything and keep us posted.
Fingers crossed that you stay! ;) I'm glad you have a freezer friend to help comfort you during this craziness. Seriously, I hope everything works out the way you want it to! Worst-case scenario: our guest room. :)
Oh MY GOSH!! That sucks MAJORLY! I am so sorry! You can come move in with me! Andrea, I am so sorry. I would be furious, crying and yelling and having anxiety attacks! Let me know if I can do anything.
